Lawrence Gowan is a Scottish-born Canadian musician, and keyboardist and lead vocalist for the legendary American rock band, Styx. As a member of Styx for nearly twenty years, Gowan has recorded four studio albums and toured the world over, playing more than 1,600 shows with the band. In June of this year, Styx released their “sonically sweet” 16th studio album, The Mission, which chronicles the trials, tribulations, and ultimate triumphs of the first manned mission to Mars in the year 2033.
