Since joining the company as part of the founding team in 2009, Rodich led Bandsintown’s marketing and business development strategy in its artist services division, resulting in adoption of Bandsintown’s platform by artists from Skrillex and Justin Bieber to Alabama Shakes and Tim McGraw; reaching 20 million users each month. Tom Silverman, CEO and founder of Tommy Boy

Tom Silverman is the founder of Tommy Boy and has served as CEO since 1981. He has over 30 years experience in the hip-hop, urban, alternative, dance, rock and gospel music markets. He founded Dance Music Report in 1978, the preeminent newsletter for DJs for over 15 years. He was a founder and partner in the legendary New Music Seminar, the world’s seminal music industry convention through the 80’s and is Co Executive Director of the recently revived New Music Seminar. Mr. Silverman serves on the board of RIAA, Sound Exchange, American Association of Independent Music (A2IM), Merlin and has served for many years on NAIRD/AFIM board, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the Dance Music Hall of Fame, as well as the NARM Manufacturer’s Advisory Board. Tom was the recipient of the NARAS Heroes Award in 2000.  From humble beginnings New Music Seminar became the biggest and most important convention in the music industry; its combination of panels, workshops and live showcases became the industry model. Silverman is a founding member of the American Asso of Independent Music and Merlin; sits on the board of SoundExchange, RIAA and has served on the boards of NARM, NAIRD, AFIM, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Dance Music Hall of Fame.

Luke Potter, young singer-songwriter from the UK and emerging artist

Luke Potter is a young singer-songwriter from the UK who’s starting to make a buzz with his songs, and plans to introduce his music to American fans with the January 2013 release of his EP produced by Bleu (Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers…), “One Day”.

He cites “Iris” by The Goo Goo Dolls as the song that, the moment he heard it playing, made him realize he wanted to be a songwriter.

Shortly after, at the age of 17, Luke picked up an acoustic guitar for the first time and started writing songs not only about love but also about growing up - the result, 2-3 years later, was his 2011 debut “Just Pieces of Me”.

Lyle Workman, American guitarist, composer, session musician and music producer

Lyle Workman is an American guitarist, composer, session musician and music producer. His music has been widely distributed since his debut on the eponymous Bourgeois Tagg album in 1986. He is known for his work as the composer for the Superbad soundtrack which earned him critical acclaim. Lyle Workman is also credited as composer for the hit comedies American Reunion, Win Win, Get Him to the Greek, Yes Man, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The 40-Year-Old Virgin and The Goods. Lyle was also the lead guitarist on Todd Rundgren's album Nearly Human and has toured with Sting and worked on many great artists, like Michael Buble, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow, Shakira, and They Might Be Giants to name a few.
