Jeet Singh is an entrepreneur and singer, musician and songwriter for the pop-rock band the Singhs, which he formed in 2000 with noted Boston musicians Peter Parcek, Br. Cleve, Steve Scully, and Marc Hickox. The Singhs have released five albums in the last decade and released their most recent album Science Fiction, with an accompanying iPad app, in June 2013. Prior to forming the band, Jeet was co-founder of one of the pioneering software firms in e-commerce, Art Technology Group, (ARTG), which he took public in the late 90’s. As the managing director of Geoffrey Moore consulting, he splits his time between start-up companies in the Mohr Davidow portfolio and established high-tech enterprises, most recently including Salesforce, Microsoft, Intel, Box, Aruba, Cognizant, and Rackspace. Dr Moore’s first book, Crossing the Chasm, has sold over a million copies and focuses on the challenges start-up companies face transitioning from early adopting to mainstream customers. He is also a founder of three firms, including The Chasm Group, Chasm Institute, and TCG Advisors. Today he is chairman emeritus of all three.
Cheri Huber has been a student and teacher of Zen for over 30 years. She is the author of 20 books, the newest being What You Practice Is What You Have, the sequel to her widely-read There Is Nothing Wrong with You. Other titles include The Depression Book, The Fear Book, and When You're Falling, Dive. In 1983, Cheri founded the Mountain View Zen Center, and in 1987 she founded the Zen Monastery Peace Center in Calaveras County. She and the monks at the Monastery conduct workshops and retreats at these centers, other places around the U.S., and internationally. In 1997, Cheri founded Living Compassion, a nonprofit organization dedicated to peace and service.
